There were no spring break issues. We enjoyed dinner at the Tiki Tiki restaurant which is within walking distance. Also walking distance to Lady Pamela II charter fishing boat for deep sea fishing. There's a boardwalk just adjacent to Lady Pamela which is a great place to watch the sunset. The house was great! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped and stocked. We cooked several meals there. The dining room table was large so we were all able to sit down and eat together. The outside space is also wonderful. The house overall, is well stocked with items for the beach , laundry detergent, pods for the keurig, etc.!! Would highly recommend this home.

500 feet from a quiet beach but close to the Broadwalk
Truly Fantastic Location
Adorable Spanish style beach house, Anna Maria Villa, located 15 minutes from both Ft Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades. The home is 5-10 minutes from major stores & restaurants yet is still secluded from the city (located on a barrier island) with respectful & quiet neighbors. From the balcony if you look East you will see the beach and looking West you will see gorgeous sunsets and the Intracoastal waterway.The beach is less than 500ft from the home with chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & a wagon available in the entryway for use. There is a backyard with hammock, shaded table and chairs and chaise lounge as well as an outdoor shower. Master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and living area with balcony also upstairs. It is a full kitchen with pots, pans, 5 burner stove and oven, full refrigerator with French doors and drawer freezer, in door filtered water and ice, dishwasher, microwave and Vitamix blender. Basic spices such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar plus more. Keurig coffee maker and Nespresso machine with pods. Air fryer/toaster oven as well. 1 bedroom is located downstairs and shares a full bath with a seperate den. Washer/dryer are located in the garage with laundry detergent, softener and bleach. Free parking for 3 cars. No street parking is allowed by the City of Hollywood. A dedicated work space is available with printer, pens, pencils, scissors and post its (see photos.) The wifi is 1G. No children under
